⚠️ Newest extra fees We’ve been coming to Jaxson’s Ice Cream for a long time and have brought so many of our friends here over the years. The ice cream is always amazing, but honestly, it feels like the business might be struggling based on all the new extra charges they’ve quietly added. If you’re planning to visit, definitely keep these changes in mind: ⚠️ Sharing Fee: We used to order one large item (like the Fudge Brownie Sundae for $23.95) and share it between two people—it's way too big for just one person anyway. Now, if you want to share a sundae, they charge an extra $3 split fee. ⚠️ Popcorn Refill Charge: They’ve always served popcorn at the tables and offered free refills as you ate. Now, they're charging $3 for every popcorn refill. We used to love coming here, ordering our sundaes, and even buying extra ice cream to take home for the freezer. But charging extra for basic hospitality leaves a bad taste in our mouth. We literally drive all the way from West Palm Beach just for Jaxson's, but with these new cash grabs, we won't be back. Really sad to see a long-time favorite go downhill like this.

This is my second time visiting this place. What brought me back was the ice cream—it’s one of the best I’ve ever had, both because of the flavor and the way it’s served. As for the food, it’s not my favorite, and I don’t think it’s their strongest point. That said, that’s just my personal opinion, and I understand that others may feel differently. Personally, I would come back mainly for the ice cream, which is still the biggest reason to return, and for the excellent customer service.

I can’t believe this was my first time dining at Jaxson’s! I’ve only visited for their amazing home-made ice cream at the take-out window. The nostalgic décor and old-school atmosphere make it such a fun place to dine. Lunch was fantastic—everything is made in-house, and you can definitely taste the quality. The onion rings and homemade sauces were amazing, my Linda’s Mediterranean wrap was a 10/10 and my brother’s Dania Beach Burger was just as delicious. The pink lemonade was 100% ✨ freshly made in-house 10/10 (note to parlor: this drink must be amazing as a slushee) Holly provided outstanding service—friendly, attentive, and full of great energy. Amazing food, great vibes, and excellent service. I’ll definitely be back to try other things. A must visit if you’re in the area. Go at night the place is lit up so beautifully.

From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by a warm and friendly staff that goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great time. The food is fantastic, especially their famous oversized hot dogs, which are truly impressive and make for a unique experience you won’t find just anywhere. Whether you’re sharing with family or taking on the challenge yourself, they’re definitely something you have to try. Of course, the real stars are the ice cream and milkshakes. The selection is incredible, with generous portions, rich flavors, and beautifully presented desserts that are perfect for both kids and adults. Every treat feels special, and the quality is consistently excellent. What makes Jackson’s even better is the atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to bring the whole family, celebrate a special occasion, or simply enjoy a fun outing together. The combination of delicious food, amazing desserts, outstanding service, and a welcoming environment makes every visit memorable. If you've never been, I don't know why. This is a full service ice cream parlor/restaurant with the best, the best, homemade ice cream, sauces and whipped cream. Yum! Yum! I controlled myself and I only got one scoop but I did add whipped cream and hot fudge and they were absolutely perfect. The atmosphere is just an old fashioned ice cream shop. Plenty of seating and lovely staff to make your experience fabulous. You can order at the window to go, but it's much better to take a seat, get your ice cream served in glassware and enjoy the air conditioning and the very cool surroundings.
